- You should know what you are eating and how much you are eating. Chew your food more thoroughly so that you can savor each bite. Always a good idea to eat slow and stop eating before you are full.
- If you can the best choice is grilled fish, if that is not an option grilled chicken is your next bet. If that is not an option and you don't want salad maybe it is time to find a different place to snack.
